Description

 A soothing yin practice inviting you to settle into long-held floor poses that gently open the body’s deeper layers and settle your nervous system.  Yin is the perfect complement to the more dynamic (yang) style of yoga practices. Plenty of space to breathe and soften.   With no standing postures in this class, you can expect a deep release on both a physical and emotional level in a calming atmosphere. We'll have lots of props to ensure a supportive and held practice.
