Yoga Nidra literally means “yogic sleep” and is a powerful technique which uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a practice in which you will learn to relax consciously. The benefits of Yoga Nidra are many, and it’s claimed that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is just as restful as 4 hours sleep! It's super beneficial if you suffer from lack of sleep, burnout and stress. The practice is performed whilst laying in Savasana and I'll be combining the Yoga Nidra with healing tones of crystal singing bowls.. Think of it as a totally restful cosmic reboot!
